| I just bought a pair of Rockford Fosgate 6 1/2 inch speakers, what size PVC would i want, and when you put the speaker in it, how the hell do you get it to stay in the PVC, you cant screw it, so how do you do it? |

One thing I have been thinking about is that will the PVC hold up and not crack with some speakers in it and hitting double-ups. I'm putting some speakers in mine that will have heavy magnants and thing the aluminum piping would hold up better.

Funny you should ask........I posted back in April the materials I used to build PVC speakers...and they are using 6.5" RF speakers. Plus, the diameter of the grill is exactly the same as the O.D. of the coupling/cap.
