you could ask Scotty for more power, but he's probably givin' her all she's got.
I don't think it's likely you can grab much of a horsepower improvement without screwing something else up, plus you'd never get your investment back. Better to just save up and upgrade the whole boat when you're ready. _________________

| In short. No. Not safely and efficiently. The work it would require to squeeze out the extra 50-60 horsepower is not worth it. Those motors are not designed for any more power really. A high horsepower motor is not just a motor with something bolted on. It has to be properly built from the ground up. |
