| I've had my BA tower for a year and a half. I didn't exactly do a good job of keeping my tower lubed where it should be and cleaned. The Heims at the end of each leg had corroded, in turn corroding the knobs. I wrote BA with my issue and they shipped me out 4 new Heims and Knobs and only charged me shipping. Thought it was worth mentioning. |

They were really good to me when I 1st bought my tower. The cross braces they sent me were too short and I ended up mounting them with out really paying attention
They ended up too high on the sides of the tower and it had a little wobble to it. I called them and they sent me a new longer set overnight for free. I told them that I already had the 1st ones mounted so they said to keep them so I didn't have to worry about the extra holes in the tower.
It turns out that the 2 sets of braces look better, IMO _________________

I really like my tower from them as well, no issues to deal with so I can't comment on their service, but the tower is awesome and they got it to me fast! _________________ Scott Goldsmith

Straight from the email
"My supervisor said that using a little petroleum-based lubricant on the zinc heims should keep you from having this problem again."
The heim is the eye you screw into the end of the leg, which the knob-bolt goes through. _________________ WakeSurf and Wakesurfing News |
