I get tired after a five minute run, as in the next run i am just riding with one hand cause my arm is cramping up so badly. Now, I am a soccer player, have pretty good stamina, so should it really be this killer?

Was it your first time? Wakeboarding and other watersports use different muscles than normal.

Like Justin said, wakeboarding uses different muscles than soccer. If you're in good cardio shape that is definitely a big plus as far as getting winded, but wakeboarding muscles are different from soccer muscles. The only real solution: Ride, ride, and ride some more.

While I do go to the gym regularly, the fact that I ride so much is why I don't get sore from wakeboarding (I do get sore from falling so much though. Laughing ) I've been out 3 days in a row every week for the past four WEEKS in a row. It makes a difference. Cool

What's already been said. I'm old and abused, I used to stop from fatigue. Now, I usually stop from smacking my head or nuts.
