| I get tired after a five minute run, as in the next run i am just riding with one hand cause my arm is cramping up so badly. Now, I am a soccer player, have pretty good stamina, so should it really be this killer? |

Was it your first time? Wakeboarding and other watersports use different muscles than normal. _________________ It won't be easy, but when I get there it will be one of the most satisfying journeys of my life. |

Like Justin said, wakeboarding uses different muscles than soccer. If you're in good cardio shape that is definitely a big plus as far as getting winded, but wakeboarding muscles are different from soccer muscles. The only real solution: Ride, ride, and ride some more.
While I do go to the gym regularly, the fact that I ride so much is why I don't get sore from wakeboarding (I do get sore from falling so much though. ) I've been out 3 days in a row every week for the past four WEEKS in a row. It makes a difference. _________________ Hilton Head Wake Sports.com

What's already been said. I'm old and abused, I used to stop from fatigue. Now, I usually stop from smacking my head or nuts. _________________ WakeSurf and Wakesurfing News |
