Lake O' the Pines is a big lake between Marshall and Mt. Pleasant. It looks like it has a lot of coves on the map, but I've never ridden there. Maybe suprsteve67 can tell you about it. He lives in East Texas.

Not to completely dig up old posts but does anyone have any further information on Lake O' the Pines? I'm thinking renting a wkend place there towards the end of July.

Thanks for your help.

I've been there a couple times. My father-in-law has a houseboat docked at one of the marinas.

Last time I went the water was smooth all over but I've never rode there. Didn't ever see any wakeboats either, just a bunch of fisherman.

Looks great to ride though.

Thanks, I was hoping to find a little depth information and maybe where stumpy areas might be. Maybe someone will know more specifics.

I would buy a lake map. I usually buy a map of any lake I plan on putting my boat in. They will show depth and underwater hazzards. They are usually available at local sporting good stores and probably bait shops and marinas. I think they cost about five dollars, well worth the price vs possible damages.
