Lake O' the Pines is a big lake between Marshall and Mt. Pleasant. It looks like it has a lot of coves on the map, but I've never ridden there. Maybe suprsteve67 can tell you about it. He lives in East Texas. _________________ fropappy |

Not to completely dig up old posts but does anyone have any further information on Lake O' the Pines? I'm thinking renting a wkend place there towards the end of July.
Thanks for your help. |

I've been there a couple times. My father-in-law has a houseboat docked at one of the marinas.
Last time I went the water was smooth all over but I've never rode there. Didn't ever see any wakeboats either, just a bunch of fisherman.
Looks great to ride though. _________________ www.texaswakeboarders.com |

| Thanks, I was hoping to find a little depth information and maybe where stumpy areas might be. Maybe someone will know more specifics. |

| I would buy a lake map. I usually buy a map of any lake I plan on putting my boat in. They will show depth and underwater hazzards. They are usually available at local sporting good stores and probably bait shops and marinas. I think they cost about five dollars, well worth the price vs possible damages. |
