| 3 weeks ago i fell on a simple ts 3. I fell and tore my meniscus. Although it was minor, it set me off for a month. I had to endure a muscle-strenghtening program. This weekend i just got out on the water. Everything felt good, but i cant get over myself to try anything. I didnt even try simple w2w jumps, i get into the flats and start cutting in and pull out. Before i hit the wake i think about injury, it sucks, I rode both days and only had short little sessions. I need some help getting my nerve back. |

| i had a torn meniscus for 2.5 years before repairing it. they shouldn't hinder your riding, just painful. don't be a puss. |

I think that your scared of being stuck on shore from being injured imprisoned in a bed, cast or somthing. In reality you are a prisoner of your mind.Coming back from injury is just like ridin a motorcycle if you lay it down and dont try to ride again the you need to just quit all together. It sounds like you need to just get your w2w back start with the basics 1w,inside out, outside inthe go for your w2wwhen you feel more confident.
