Please do NOT wakesurf behind a outboard....
You seriously could die.

LFADAM, So do you actually wakesurf behind that thing, or just ride around on a wakesurfer with a short rope?

So....why are you standing on a kneeboard 15' behind the boat?

| Its actually about 10 or 12 and because its the closest I can get to wakesurfing without buying a 300 dollar board...and its uh..fun?

sorry if i make anyone mad with this post...
i don't really think wakesurfing is really wake"surfing" when you are still holding onto the rope. it's an attempt to wakesurf, but it is more like wakeskating at a close spot. i need more weight to surf behind our boat though. i've tried with my wakeskate, which should be close to the same, but not a big enough wave.

ohio_wake_2008, I doubt it. You probably need a bigger board. I wakesurfed behind my unweighted I/O on a carbon fiber skimboard.
I agree with the holding onto the rope=no wakesurfing but until Friday thats all I can do.
