|
|
I'm new to both sports and have a few questions, back related. I injured my back last year Motoxing (herniated disk in the lower back). The MRI says it's better but I still feel nerve sensations going down my leg.
Will it be foolish to try either?
Which one (Wakeboarding or Skating) would be easier on the lower back?
Thanks, I am 6'2" and 225lbs if that makes any difference...

| try wakesurfing. no impact whatsoever. but wakeskating would probably be easier on your back. |

I don't know. When i was wakeskating my back got much more tired than it ever has wakeboarding. But on the falls you are probably right. _________________ 2003 Mastercraft Xstar w/ the 6.0 Cadillac |

| dunno man, id say wakeboarding for riding, is less painful, and wakeskating for fallin is less painful, just dont do anything that will really strain ur back |

| ive hurt my back a little before and i just know the impact from wakeboarding is a lot worse. if you case the wake or land in the flats youll probably hurt your back again. take it easy for a while, back injuries are serious. there are a lot of important nerves there. |
