If you can do a straight back flip on the ground, then go with the tantrum, but make sure your good enough at edging and wake jumps and all before you start trying. _________________ www.Tigeowners.com

Not really, what you need to have is a nice HS Wake jump (That you can take wake to wake and/or out into the flats), and a nice progessive edge into the wake. _________________ www.Tigeowners.com

| i tried backrolls first with little succes, but then i tried tatrums and found them a lot easier and if you can flip off the ground you can do a tatrum. if your wake has a nice lip a tatrum will be easier b/c it will triip you, if your wakr is more mellow a backroll will be easierb/c you can edge al the way through the wake. |

weby, if you can do a strait backflip on the ground, then go with the tantrum. I learned a backroll first, but once i could do backflips on a trampoline, i landed a tantrum on my second try. Backrolls on the other hand took me about 74801 trys. If the tantrum seems to be too hard, go ahead and try a backroll or two.
Once you learn one, learn the other. |

I also started with the backroll, could not land it if my life depended on it..
did it about 74802 times to get it.. Tantrum on the other hand i landed in two weeks or something...
Just try both and go with seems more natural to you..!
progressive edge is the key to both of them. |
