It seems like rainy season wants to come a little more quickly than usual, so I thought that I should make sure my cover will work during the rain.
The cover is 8 years old and has never been rewaterproofed. I was thinking of just scrubbing the cover down with soap and water, hosing it off and after it is dry put it on my boat and spray a few cans of scotch guard on it. Any suggestions on my procedure or recommendations for somthing better than scotch guard would be appreciated. |

NautiqueJeff, good call. that is the best stuff on the market although it is a bit pricey. Another good one is starbright waterproofing. A gallon is only like $22 and it works pretty good. the key is to really saturate the cover with the waterproofing and make sure it is clean first. _________________ Does this rag smell like chloroform?

| Your local Dry cleaner will clean your cover for you and then use the 303, Seems to work much better that Scotchguard. |
