If I was going to get something that big I think that I would get the X-80. That thing is still sweet though. Have you ever riden behind one?

Too big? Maybe, looks like the XLV now has a competitor. KDub, how much does that bad boy go for, do you know?

I rode behind the 2004 23 vlx and it was huge. Like 8 inches wider then the 21 too I think. Wake was great, but I don't think I need a boat that big. The 21' boats are fine.

Partyb, how much weight did you guys have in the LSV when you guys rode behind it? I'm going out on one soon, and don't know how much x-tra weight to throw in it?

does it have some sort of 502 or big block engine? Surely a 350 won't push that on plane quick enough with people and gear and ballast and the wedge

K-DUB, I'm not really sure. But there were about 8 people in it (plenty of room!), and I think only the stock ballast, no sacs. If I recall the stock ballast was like 1200 lbs? The wake was big, but no better then a "regular" vlx with like 2500. It was not bigger then foammesh's 21 vlx with like 3000.
