I'm looking to buy some LF Ultra Suction Bindings. The shop I will be getting them from mainly carries HL, but can get me some LF's if I realy want them. The owner told me that I'd be better with an HL because LF have AWFUL comstumer sevice, abd if they ripped Id have to buy new overlays, and HL would just give me new ones. Is this true, or was he just trying to get me to buy HL...I dont think the owner would lie to me, but you never know...? |

| I'm not sure about LF, but I do know from experience that HL will give you the new overlays for free. |

I have never had a problem with them at all. I know of a few people that I ride with that have actually been given brand new bindings instead of replacing the overlays. You can also go onto the web site and speak on the forum. Don Wallace is on about every other day or so along with Ray Cruz. Between the 2 of them they will insure everything will go smooth. _________________ "What do you mean you're done for the night...Insomnia doesn't even open until 4. Tyler-
I deal with LF through the store and have had no complaints with any of their service to my store. They make quality stuff. |

| oh man LF has awsome customer service. my board was coming apart along the binding inserts and they replaced it in a short 6-7 months. thankfully the board shop i bought my board from (sail and ski) kicked ass and they let me have free demos the whole summer. still it was quite a hassel driving 30 minutes every time i wanted to ride to go pick out a board. |

| I know of a lot of instances where the overlays have ripped, and every instance the boardshop that my friends bought their boots from have gotten new pairs of bindings. I think it depends on the boardshop as well as LF. |

I've had my ultras for over a year, an i have had no problems.
About the costomer service.. I bought the deep suctions a year and a half ago, I broke them once, i sen the back and they fixed them for me. When they broke the second time, i sent them back and asked for different bindings. They ended up sending me 2002 Ultras. I think there costomer service is the best. |

| LF customer service is great! I had a pair of 2001 pro sucs and the overlays started to fade so my boardshop sent them back for me and LF sent me back a brand new pair of pro suc LS. It was sweet. They'll take care of ya. |

HL, free overlays? BULL. Unless you send your bindings in or something, no free overlays for you. Send your bindings in= no bindings for a long time, because they take their sweet time with warranty work (after all, they already have their money).

| HL customer servic is the greatest i bought a 02 belmont 131 and the shop had no fins for it so i told them to not worry about it and they gave me a small discount but not alot. So i got the board for 200 instead of 250 and when i got home i emialed HL customer sevic and told them what had happened and where i could get the new 03 fins at and they sent me 6 new 03 fins i dident even have to prove that i bought them they even overnighted them to me so im gonna say HL kicks some seriouse ass |

my 01 byerly overlays ripped and I had new 02 overlays on in two weeks, FOR FREE. I remember hearing that the lf cust. service was horible, I guess they have gotten better. _________________ http://www.integrity-wake.com

like the lf line and good luck so far, the exolf bindings just hold the foot in a diffent way than the hl. find what you like. |
