Hyperlite Warranty Question

I noticed this past weeken that my board is starting to delaminate... I guess that is what you would call it. It looks like the clear top plastic coat is starting to peel off of one side.

I have never used this board on sliders and it barely has any dents or dings from anything on it. Is this considered a defect, and if so, what is the warranty on these boards?

Here's my thread on dealing with HL warranty http://forums.wakeboarder.com/viewtopic.php?t=82486 I would think the top delaminating would be covered. Call them up and ask, they will direct you an authorized HL dealer for the return.
