The composite deck stuff (trex) has a super consistent slide, but is rough on boards. If you can, track down some UHMW PE, which is what OWC uses for all their their rails, and what UNIT obstacles are built out of. It's virtually indestructible, slides super smooth, and doesn't harm the board too much. _________________

Another good surface is HDPE (High Density PolyEthylene) Sheeting. Its super slick when wet and doesnt phase even the regular boards without a slider base. The only problem with buying it in a roll is its going to be wavy, so youll have to stretch it over your slider. _________________ Rider: "Howd that last trick look?"

What i bought was 1/8 thick. you have to be real careful about screwing it down tho. when you go to countersink it, you bearly have to hit it or it will wallow out the entire hole. I paid $175.00 shipped for a 60ft long x 2ft wide roll. _________________ Rider: "Howd that last trick look?"
