Basically im looking for parts to be donated to fix up this bike, then sell it, and donate the cash to the Kakok foundation my parents friends have started.

PimpinD2, are you living in miami or orlando right now? i'm actually in the market for a bicycle... my price range was around 200 but i would consider paying a little more to help a good cause, keep me posted on the progress

I am in Miami right now, just wasting time with this leg till classes start. I will be hauling the bike up to Orlando to get all the parts put on / cleaned up.

For $200 your not going to get much in terms of a bike except something from Walmart, or something used if you hunt. You are better off buying a used ridgid frame that has proved its self over some crappy NEXT from walmart with 5 inches of travel. Are you looking for a mountainbike, hybrid, or road bike?

right, then really any bike would do. I would go with a more mountain bike oriented since u never know when u might hit a pot hole or 2 in miami...

Just because its going up to orlando for work, dosent mean if u wanted it i couldnt bring it down one weekend when i come home.
