Does the Sunsetter VLX ranging from years 1999-2002 have the same exact hull as the wakesetter VLX??? _________________ My videos- www.wakepics.com/member/GhettoLake4

I'm pretty sure they do, the Wakesetter just comes decked out with all the optional wakeboarding goodies. _________________

yea, sunsetter was more intended for cruising/family. differences will be slight, although im pretty sure ballast was and still is an option on sunsetters. if not, it would make for a really fun project. _________________ well, i did have over 800 posts.. formerly natman |

current sunsetters are direct drives.
The current v-drives are Sunscapes (non wakesetter)
They both sit on diamond hulls and ballast is optional. |

The Sunsetter in 1999 & 2000 were on the same hull as Wakesetter VLX thru 2004. In 2001 the Sunsetter came on the diamond hull which is more for skiing. In 2001-current yrs. you had to buy a Wakesetter to get the wakeboard hull. _________________ "Beam me up Scotty, there's no intelligent life down here!" |
