i just went wakeboarding yesterday and i felt fine, I woke up today and my neck hurts, my back, my legs, and my hand. Is this normal for a first timer? after i wakeboard more will i stop hurting the next day?

hahahah yes thats very normal, i think the first time i rode i hurt for about a week... I could barely walk! haha.. The more you ride the less you'll hurt... Dont worry about it after about a month you'll be fine, just ride ride ride!

Yea, its normal. After my first time I had Cross Country practice the next morning early. I got there and could barely move. Everybody was wondering what was wrong with me.

yup yup...i am always like this at the beggining of the season also...More and more you go, less and less it will hurt. The reason u r sore, is because you are working muscles that you don't usually use very much......

Yes. It hurts in the begining, and then It then the pain starts all over again the first day of snowboarding season.

Yeah, as everyone has said it's normal. My back killed me when I first started, I could barely walk. Doing a few sit-ups a day really helps with that.
