| i just went wakeboarding yesterday and i felt fine, I woke up today and my neck hurts, my back, my legs, and my hand. Is this normal for a first timer? after i wakeboard more will i stop hurting the next day? |

| hahahah yes thats very normal, i think the first time i rode i hurt for about a week... I could barely walk! haha.. The more you ride the less you'll hurt... Dont worry about it after about a month you'll be fine, just ride ride ride! |

| Yea, its normal. After my first time I had Cross Country practice the next morning early. I got there and could barely move. Everybody was wondering what was wrong with me. |

yup yup...i am always like this at the beggining of the season also...More and more you go, less and less it will hurt. The reason u r sore, is because you are working muscles that you don't usually use very much......

Yeah, as everyone has said it's normal. My back killed me when I first started, I could barely walk. Doing a few sit-ups a day really helps with that. _________________ Some female cows have horns, but you wouldn't really know anything about that now would you? |
