| Yes, it does. Some of my old boards have divets worn into them from repetative sliding. You can totally feel the flimsiness of a board after it has been abused from sliding. This is why people, including myself, keep "slider boards" aside for this type of stuff... |

BiGaIrNaUtIqUe, there was a bit sarcasm in scotts post.
the platinum will probably hold up a little better than the regular absolute but really anything can break at anytime....nothing is a for sure guarantee.
so to answer you question, no, in fact no board is "indestructible" on sliders _________________
