i was looking at getting a wakeboard for my boat.. im pritty decent can do 360's solid but cant get enough air to do flips... my boat is only 17 feet and has a 115 hp o/b. first of all is it worth it? and what should i be looking at ive looked at monster and big air. i really want to progress but a new boat isnt an option

heroldmike, have you added fat sacs already? Making the wake bigger is more crucial in getting more air then a tower. And if you cant get air without a tower, you cant get it with one.

As for towers, my favorite aftermarket tower by far is samson. Check them out at www.samsonsports.com

i didnt bump it there was a spelling mistake i guess i coulda edited my bad.. and yes i have fat sacs... the wave is pritty decent and i can get air i just want more lol and more importantly more handtime

heroldmike, word. Technique will then be what gets you more air. A tower honestly gives you no more ups. However, it does effect hangtime slightly, and always looks nice on a boat, when you get the right nower. I would pay to get a custom tower, in leau of just throwing some random tower on the boat... Unless you dont really care about the boat. However, its whatever your parents feel is right, assuming that your parents own the boat.

just got a sampson at the beginning of this season, I love it and it looks insane - theyre all built custom for each boat and follow the windshield lines, etc..


but theyre a bit pricy
