So i know everyone here has the fall where they get in the boat after and start to feel their necks cramping up, or their lower backs knowing that the next morning they wake up they will be extremely stiff. So I fell twice today on a Tantrum to blind the second fall i under-rotated and caught an edge on landing, my neck is already starting to hurt. Im riding early tomorrow morning, so is there anything I can do tonight to make things better?

You can try Ice or heat. Or sometimes the chemical heat products like IcyHot will help. But in the long run I've found that after I fall if I pay close attention to which muscles hurt and then work them in the gym the next time I'm there it helps a whole bunch the next time I fall. Sure my neck still hurts the next day, or my back is stiff, but instead of being extremely painful its just sore and feels like I went to the gym. Very Happy

Stretch out the best you can, keep heat on it if possible tonight to help the muscles stay relaxed.

I had the worst faceplant on sunday...didn't get time to close my eyes so I was blind for about a minute(bit o' panic!) before my face felt like it had gotten the bitch slap from hell!
My eyes and nose is still not feeling too well.
