It appears the stock ballast fill pump on my 2000 X leaks. Even with the pumps turned off, water still comes in....more than a trickle, but less than if it were running. Anyone else with an X (or any boat for that matter) seen this? Resolution? Thanks.
not sure about your X, but you can buy Aerator pumps (Atwood 750) at Walmart for $18.
Just buy a new one and problem solved, or you could have MC change it out and rape you at the same time. DIYS
Just as a precaution Malibu puts a brass on/off valve in hole before attaching the pump. This keeps a water leak from occuring and sinking the boat! _________________ "Beam me up Scotty, there's no intelligent life down here!"
