Hey,
So i am able to clear the wake some what consistently and that is about it. I tried a grab but took a face plant. What should i do now or start practicing to improve more.
Thanks,

There is a lot you can try, but every advanced boarder I know says the same thing: get all the basics down first. Make sure you can go heelside w2w, toeside w2w, and work on going switch as well. I haven't gotten all of those down yet, but you don't want to get to the point where you can throw a backroll but not ride switch.
Keep trying grabs too, make sure you hit the wake with the handle at your hips and you stand tall at the wake, but its hard to give much more advice than that without a video or anything. |

| Are you leaning to forward? Try sucking up your knees and not lean down to grab. Practice motion on the ground or trampoline (i did it on a baby trampoline). |

Like shazie said, you need to bring the board to you not you to the board _________________ It won't be easy, but when I get there it will be one of the most satisfying journeys of my life. |
