I'm so confused by all the ways i've heard of how to do this trick, especially the cut it. Do you go hard in then simply flatten off or do you try change edge to move back out. it doesnt make sense to me

the tantrum is a kinda weird trick to learn u can do them low and fast or if u get the right pop...high and slower. I was able to do a backflip on flat ground before i learned this invert so i used to throw them low and fast which is the wrong way to do them. The way i fixed this was to cut out further than normal and I take a pretty hard progressive edge (i would best describe it as a cut if i wanted to go out into the flats if this was a normal jump)....about 3 to 5 feet from the wake depeding on the rider from what i've seen (some ppl start to surf the wake earlier than others). When u've reached this point turn your body so u r paralell with the wake and let go with your back hand to square up.......here's the part that takes practice....don't kick your head back until u feel the pop from the wake....not getting this pop causes ppl to spin them low and fast like i used to...it's all trial and error sorry for the long post and good luck
