|

This weekend, we may have a guy who is right foot forward riding, and I don't want to have to change the board set up every time. If I just set the bindings at the same angle, will it be the same for him if he just rides with the back end of the board at the front?
It's an 04 LF Balance. |

You have three thousand five hundred and ninety one posts and you don't know the answer to this question? C'mon man. When was the last time you heard of a "goofy" board or a "regular" board?

Amen. I think sometimes people just post things because they're bored and want somebody to respond to them. |

| And also as long as you don't have an assemetrical board it will be good. |

nfn,
Thanks, I almost forgot about that part.
kmagnuss,
Actually, I rode a 3ds set up for right foot forward last week, and i'm left foot forward, and i rode it left foot forward, and it felt different. |

It should be set up symetrical (sp) so that it's exactly the same either way. Actually though...the Belmont boards for a few years actually had different fin placement for the front vs. the back. _________________ http://kmags.mybrute.com/

Actually, Ronix has a new "goofy" board out for each of their models. Like left handed baseball bats, pencils, and keyboards, they cost just a little more and absolutely will not work right for regular riders. I saw a guy riding one the other day at the local lake. He was riding goofy and, as soon as he ollied and turned to ride switch, it broke in half and burst into flames. Poor guy lost all of his leg hair. _________________

Sounds like a Ronix.
But really, were you not riding a standard duck stance? If not, your switch riding was probably suffering. I ride a centered duck stance, and im pretty sure the vast majority out there do teh same. _________________ Long Island, NY & Canada Lake, NY (addirondacks)

I don't even know what to say to that.
A board should never be "set up" to ride either way (unless it is asymmetrical). |
