so i got this mistral 4.04 sailboat and i need to take a wooden piece off to sand and varnish it but the previos owner changed the screws and used non stainless steel and they got rusty, when i was removing the the head came off one of the screws, i got all the others off but the wood is still stuck to the fiberglass. i dont know what to do right now, my dad thinks i shauld remove a bit if the wood around the screw and pull it out with a vice grip, is there any other way to do it without damaging it.
thanks

| I'd try an easy-out if the screw is big enough for it. If not, you can try to drill it out & just use a bigger screw if necessary. |
