Lake Anna THIS Saturday, June 9th!

The opening event of the 2007 Mid-Atlantic Wakeboard Series is this Saturday at Lake Anna. Registration starts promptly at 8:00 AM at shelter #3 and there are limited spaces, so don't be late. The entry fee is only $35, and you're guaranteed to walk away with more value in free gear than you paid to enter. The competition is divided into five categories; Grom (under 14), Ladies, Amateur, Inverted, and Outlaw.

Thanks to Southern Ski Boats, title sponsor and co-host of the Series, riders will get their session behind a brand new 2007 MB Sports Tomcat -- a $70,000 boat. We took it out on the Chickahominy River last week and this thing throws some amazing wake -- it's huge!

There are currently 7 dates in the 2007 Series, including competitions, clinics, and other festivals hosted on lakes and rivers in Virginia and North Carolina. Been Looking forward to it all week. I'm competing in inverted, there are a lot of local riders that are gonna make this really competitive. Who else is gonna be there?
