Don't have a boating license, not required where I live...
Would like to see it become mandatory though, there's too many idiots out there!

I've got mine but its a joke and a tax grab. the questions on the test should make a potential boater aware of hazards and ettiquete

The test in Ohio is hilarious! Anyone with half a brain can get all the questions right.

Log onto site
Open another window and log onto same site
Take test in one window and guess in the other.
Once the right answer is found enter into "test" window.
Click submit only in the window you've answered all the questions correctly.

Until they have an actual driving portion with a grader I don't believe it teaches anyone enough to get behind the wheel of a boat!

I think it's required in alabama. I took it online and had the test open in one window and the handbook open in another. I think it's just a scam for them for get another $35 out of people.

Not required in NC, just have to have a drivers liscense, or if you are younger than 16 you can take a "class" and pay like 15$ to have one issued to you.
