Right now I ride an 06 Era 137 with 06 Murrays and I have an o5 eden with temets for my wife. I am finding a lot of guests need a board and we lend ours to friends, but i don't want some of them stretching out my murrays. What would be a good "All Around" setup for beginners that i could purchase for cheap? Something kind fo universal.
P.S. finally got out for the first real ride of the year and it was awesome! good water, good times. It sure feels great to land that first tanturm of the year first try. Having learned them last seaon and being 30, i hope I can still keep doing them for a while. |

| i would go with the most expensive board you can affor from cwb. there hinge bindings are great for people that don't wakeboard. No more having to help people get into bindings. |

Actually I use an earlier model Premier which is the predecessor to the ERA as the boat board with XL Super Sucs. I think that is an excellent all around easy to use board. If they have feet smaller than mine, then they could use my board/bindings or my kids board.
Actually I kind wish someone would stretch my new bindings a little bit. |

I have a cheapy Free Motion board with a pair of old CWB Torqs (pre hinge) that is my loaner board. It rarely gets used because all of my friends have their own boards. But its nice to have a loaner just in case you take a noob out wakeboarding. Personally, I don't really like other people riding my primary board. Not that I wouldn't and haven't let friends ride it. But I prefer to let them ride the FM.
My previous loaner board was a Hydroslide.

LFPIMP, No man, it lasted WAY longer than a week.
At least two months I'd say. |

it seems mine is the loaner board... it's the biggest, so the one everyone learns on 'till they get good enough for something smaller. |

Get a cheap continuous rocker board with adjustable bindings. Should cost you around $100-150 total. Get them used if you have to. _________________ You have just entered the twilight zone. |

Most the the $299 package deals from CWB, LF and HL are good to have on the boat. The standard size bindings have an average binding size that fits most of the people on the boat. The best binding to get new people in and out is the hinge from CWB. _________________ Wakeskating
