What is the song that they use in the trailer for Innuendo? It sounds kind of like the postal service to me.

Yeah, The Postal Service. Song is called "The Dream of Evan and Chan."

someone called DNTEL is also involved with that. I'm not sure if DNTEL ft. postal service or vice versa though

It's actually by DNTEL and the song is "The Dream of Evan and Chan." This was an early collaboration of some of the people that would later form The Postal Service...that's why it sounds so similar to TPS.
