|
|
I got the park bonifay open toe bindings in size small, i have size 9 feet (right size)
well everytime i go wakeboarding when i start airin' the wake my front foot will shoot forward. i have very skinny ankels and small feet, everything is as tight as possible tho. i cant adjust my foot when im riding either because since it was shoved forward with force it stays there unless i move it back down when im just sittin in the water. im afraid if i just ride with it like that my ankel might just go through the entire damn thing n then i'd have a big problem.
any solutions? or is it just time to invest in some closed toe bindings? |

Hmm, sound slike a problem... there are bindings made for skinnier feet... such as the Era's, or yes, you could go with the close toe bindings. _________________ Anthony. C |

devon, it doesnt sound that way but i have a size ten and was riding the large parks so....
sgwake, well if you get close toe that fit the same way you wont have to worry about sliding all the way through but you will be jamming your toes on every jump. find boots that fit better. |

thats weird, i'm size 12 and i used to ride extra large parks.
Is it due to the kind of soap your using. Maybe it wont wash away.
I know you said you tightened everything but just checking do you know you can tighten down the sides of them
Or you could unscrew the bindings and tighten all the pieces down one hole |

i dont even use soap or slime, i just stick the board in the water n then loosen them as possible. ill give the sides an extra pull of tightness when i go out next and see if that works.
these bindings aren't to big, they are actually perfect, and will probabley be so small at the end of the season. |

| I have the 05 parks, I'm not sure what year you have but I think they all have laces on the sides of your foot. Make sure you take the extra few seconds and tighten those up before you tighten the rest of the boot. This will bring the roof lower and tighter and help against that. |

I wear a size 9-9.5, and I have a large in the 05 parks.
Make sure you tighten the bottom section of the binding and lock in the laces then tighten up the back. |

Hyperlite’s lightest high-end boot uses a new quick cinch lace system. The Parks boot relies more on the lace design and less on the overlay combining support and side-to-side mobility in one. Park’s boot has all of the freedom you will need for a smooth heelside method, without sacrificing the support for the biggest waters a boat can turn up. New rolling eyelets allow for an even more consistent fit on the 3 top and bottom lace guides. A rider can remove the lace from the bottom guide, cinch it as tight as they want it and it will instantly lock back in for a one time adjustment. This eliminates half the work, because once you have the preferred fit on the bottom lace to get in and out you only need to adjust the top lace.
i dont know what they mean by that, and i obviously dont do it = my foot sliding through the front. |

| When you put them on, just tighten them starting with the sides of the foot then move back to the rear laces. Take all the slack out that you can, don't leave any infront of the clear tubing and it should help a lot. |

| the last guide is just like a hook. take the lace out and yank on it until the binding is tight across the top of the foot. then put the lace back into the hook. should stay like that. Just rely on only using the back lace to get in and out. |

when you fit into a 9-11 size hit me up. i have a pair of '05 lf transits in a large NARROW that i can't sell to anyone. they were really comfy the few times i rode them but they are way to narrow for my foot and pretty much everyone else's as well. couldn't keep them on more than 10 minutes without making my foot fall asleep. i ended up getting large ct watsons now and would love to get rid of the transits. _________________ i drive a convertible. i have a boat. i wakeboard. word 2 yo mutha. dueces. |
