| I was wondering if you guys that store your boats on lifts could post pictures for me. We just bought a new lakeplace and it came with a boat lift, but the lift isn't set up for inboards. Any idea if you can modify the lift to take inboards or am I S.O.L.? Thanks in advance. |

| there are usually two boards that run parallel to the length of the boat. on our lift, you can raise these boards to let the fins on the bottom of out nautique fit on. you can also move them wider i think. |

You can modify the lift. we did that to ours last year. Total cost was about $500 for new bunks, and a better winch, and new cables, etc. _________________ If you do not like your job, you don't strike....You just go in there everyday and do it really half a$$ed.....Now that's the American way - Homer Simpson. |

| Roybotto, you dont have to worry to much about the fins, they should be between the width way metal supports. you just have to make sure there's clearance between your prop shaft and the rear metal bunk support and the keel and the front bunk support. The fins only come into play if your lift is in shallow water ie 2feet or less. Then you will have to trench out below the bunk supports so the cradle will allow the boat on n off. I installed mine my self and has been working fine for 4 yrs. just have to trench the front cradle support in the fall ti get the boat on n off the bunks. Goood Luck |
