| I'm no expert, but I'd check the bearings |

Can you make the trailer do the clicking with it on jack stands? It might be easier to tell where the noise is coming from if you can check each wheel individually like that. If it's not bearings, it could be the brakes or some foreign object stuck in somewhere. _________________ Willy

| I'd vote for brakes - bearings i'd expect you could hear at any speed. |

You've almost certainly solved this by now but....
How frequent is the clicking? If it's one per revolution, just check you haven't got a pebble lodged in the tread somewhere first! Another thing is to check the tighness of the wheel nuts. It won't be obvious with the weight of the boat on the wheels but if you jack up the trailer, you may find play between the wheel and the hub because the nuts are loose. |

I know that after being in a ton of water or driving in bad rain you have to spray WD40 for 3 in 1 in to the leaf springs where they bolt on to the trailer or thay will make a noise similer to the one you are discribing _________________ "The best we can hope for concerning the people at large is that they be properly armed."
