with firefox, I've gone to tools: options: privacy: and have checked the "allow sites to set cookies" and yet I can't see some sites and others tell me that my cookies are disabled so I don't know what's going on?

I have the same problem with ie 6.0 as well. I do what they recommend and I get nothing.
