My friedns and I are looking for suggestions on a vacation idea for this summer. We want to rent a house on the water somewhere in CA. Any lake recommendations? Cant be something too expensive. WE are looking at the delta/disco bay and have seen some good ones. Any other ideas/experiences?

um yea something not expenive in cali is like finding something super expeniseve in the middle of the sahara.
If u dont care about salt water or i am sure theres a good lake, i hear north carolina is extremely nice, thats were im hitting up this summa. Not to mention the UNC-Wilmington campus is supposed to be one of the biggest party schools, even in the summer.

lol no. i skate there all the time(as well as live here!) and i have lots of friends that go there.. East Carolina University is our party school. but yea north carolina is nice. but far to many people are too picky about the salt water... i have no other choice though.
people say it's a party school just because people come from all over nc to go here just cause the beach is near.. all the good partys are on the beach lol |

| jlaws, NC has TONS of lakes, not just salt water. And UNCW isnt a bad party school but ur right, ECU is the best |

| by not too expensive i meant not $5000 a week....I'm not rich. but I'm realistic, a couple thousand for a week is affordable.... |
