To add to Brandon's question...
Does anyone know if any of the company's, like Boss or others, will sell just the brackets (clamps) from their speakers, light bars, etc. If so, how much do they charge? I'm going to make a speaker box for my tower, but I want it to be easy to take the box up and down. Thanks!

I would get the clamps welded onto the light bar and then find a fabricator who can make fairly simple clamps. I'll post a pic of mine

Their are some clamp sources at www.diyTower.com but there is a definately business opportunity for someone that wants to make these types of clamps as this question comes up regularly.

I''ve been looking at a clamp through Pro-werks and another through Ryno gear. Ryno is going through some changes right now and they don't have too much inventory. In a month or so they are supposed to be bigger and better. I've been looking for speaker clamps too. Found most of my links off Monter Towers site

Squirrell, where did you get your clamps that you welded on?

ellalenell, have you found out how much the clamps are from Pro-werks? They look really nice.

I e-mailed Ryno Gear and they don't make brackets for 2.5" towers, so they won't work for me, they are $149/pr.
squirrell, how much did the fabricator charge you to make those?

| The fabricator made the whole bar for me. To make the mounts, he just cut a pipe in half and then put screw holes in it. My guess if he had to seperate the price out for just the brackets 20-30 dollars

drifter136, I contacted Pro-works about a pair of the 'bar mounts' (though I'm not sure the base is wide enough to hold a canister sturdy enough) and he told me 59 for the pair.
