k when you say backside i'm guesing your trying to backside boardslide. easiest of slides. it's pretty straight forward. make sure the the rail is wet so you don't stick and fly onto it. Go in maybe a lil slower just for first attemps, decent pop to get onto it, don't ollie huge and slam your board down cause it'll try to stick more than if not. when your on the slider just stay neutral on the board, knees nice and bent for balance. it's a pretty big board and not too hard to keep balance compared to skate or snowboarding. maybe release with your back hand for better balance. get on and focus infront of your board. not right on it. if you stare down you'll most likely fall forward cause you'll be bent too far forward. Sum up= Pop, slide (looking where your going on the rail with knees bent), and either pop off or just slide off the end.
