CableStock Reporter Needed May 10-13th.

We are looking for someone that is interested in attending one of the best events in Texas. CableStock is one of the largest events of the season.

Wakeboarder.com is looking for the rider that can give us the scoop on this great event. You will get media access to the event, cable passes, and some VIP wristbands. We want photos, a write-up and some behind the scene info in exchange.

Event Run down:

Media Day 2:30 Thur May 10

Friday May 11th
10am - Cable and skatepark open to the public
4pm-6pm - Cable Wakeboard qual for Women and Juniors
6pm-8pm - Cable Reopens to the public
6pm-8pm - Boat Qualifying for Women and Juniors
8:30pm - Cable reopens for night session until 12am

Saturday May 12th
8am - Rookie triathlon starts
10am - Skatepark & cable Opens to the Public
Noon - Cable preliminary Pro Wakeboard
2pm - Cable preliminary Pro Wakeskate
2:30pm - Pro Wakeboard Slider only cable comp 20 min Freeride
3:15pm - Bikini Competition (will need excessive amount of coverage here)
3:45pm - Boat Qual Pro Wakeskate
5:30pm - Boat Finals Junior
6:15pm - Boat Finals Women
7:00pm - Cable Finals Juniors & Women
7:00pm-10pm - TWT Rail Jam on 6th Street in Austin
8:30pm - Cable Night Session until 12am

Sunday May 12th
9:00am - Cable Opens to competitors for warm up
9:30am - LCQ Cable Wakeskate & Pro Men
10am - Skatepark Opens to Public
10am - Finals Cable Wakeskate
10:30am - Finals Cable Pro Wakeboard
12:00pm - Cable opens to Public
12:00pm - Finals Boat Pro Wakeboard and Wakeskate
2:00pm - Wakeskate Finals First 3 Riders
2:30pm - Pro WB semi-finals
3:15pm - Wakeskate Finals remaining 3 riders
4:00pm Pro WB finals
4:20pm - Wakeboard Awards
6-8 Winch exhibiton for pro division riders off the cable island

Someone from out of town emailed me. He is driving down from Oklahoma. He is not one of our top posters and I did not get his screen name for the site.

We are also going to be at the 6th street rail jam on Saturday night. You should make plans for that event.

what rail jam? I didn't know anything about that, where can I get more info on it?

The rail jam is on 6th Steet in Austin Saturday night.

sweet, who's riding? anyone from the area? Also doesn't say what time it starts, I have to work until 8 that night but I'd love to make it.

Since cable stock is also that weekend there will be some pros at the event. It will be a good time.
