| i started wakeskatin last year but i never tried anything to technical. i have skateboarded 6 years and am wondering if i should have any trouble with shuvs, three shuvs, etc. on the wakeskate or if it will come natural from skate boarding. all advice is appreciated. thanks |

| my buddy who is an awesome skateboarder tried it for the first time last summer and landed a kickflip after a couple attempts, but he had wakeboarded before, not sure if you have. |

boardbum515, There are a lot of similarities, but you will have to get comfortable on the board first.
I would recommend learning carves and all the lipslides and getting really comfortable riding before you go out and start trying tricks.
