| So how do the Jbars work its not like they have anything to velcro into inside the liner but what about inbetween the boot and liner? also is anythone else having the problem with the rubber heel hold stuff comming off like peeling? ive ridden once and my cells already have got that rubber comming off. anyone even use the Jbars yet, i just want to get the feeling of the heel kidneys in the LF boots.

The search tool is your friend. This topic has been discussed countless numbers of times. Why do people keep making thread after thread about Ronix when it's all been discussed hundreds of times before?

| i did, i searched j-bars and i got 4 topics and only 2 of them have something about them but none of them mention how and where to install them. the most recent ronix thread didnt answer my question and i didnt want to jack someones thread with my own little questions.

They go velro side out, yellow side in, on the inside of the overlay. If you put them in correctly, they should stay in pretty well, as long as the liners aren't getting yanked out of your boots very often. If you picture them as an arrow, they should point at the heels of the bindings, Just like LF's.

yes the j-bars go between the intuition and the rubber outside rubber. Right down by the heal between the two there is two strips of velcro on either side of the heel. These are where the bars go. I'm sure you can figure which way they stick in to hold your heel. I rode a a couple times with out the j bars and got heel lift. I put them in and standing in the living room they felt much better. Rubber hasn't peeled on me yet.
On second thought here's a pic.

| Maestro, sorry i couldnt really visualize it as he described it. b]T2Ride[/b], LakeIolaLuke, thanks, i never really looked down the boot with fear it would mess something up. but do you guys have the rubber little emblems on the inside of the boot? they feel like they are there to hold you in aswell but have you had any problems with it peeling off?
