hey ya, that was me..thanks alot. It looks really sweet! Also, it appears that the wires would not get in the way either. Did you install it yourself? and if so, how far back did you put it from the bottom of the ski locker, and were you worried about drilling into the gas tank?

No problem. The wires are comepletely out of the way, and yes I did install it myself. About the positioning... its kinda hard to explain.
-Yellow are the seats
-Green is the engine cover
-Blue is the ski locker door
-Teal circle is the base plate for the pylon, positioned about 3 inches away from the ski locker door
-Underneath the red is the ski locker. So, the only thing that i had to worry about drilling in to was the ski locker. In my boat, the gas tank is under the rear port seat beside the engine cover.

Looks like a lot of work. When I had an I/O I went with a Joystick pylon. Only one cable to the front and worked like a tower. real easy to install.

im going to order that same pylon, does it move at all when you ride behind it? and how long did it take to install it
