Alliance subscription problem

A little more than a month ago I tried to subscribe to alliance wakeboard mag through their website; the buywake.com promotion where you subscribe to them and receive a coupon for $20 off next purchase at buywake.com, I got a confirmation email from them saying that they have received my information and my buywake.com promo code will be sent to me through email within 14 days and my first issue of alliance will be mailed before 3/21/07. That was all back on march 10th, and I have yet to receive my issue of alliance or my buywake.com promo code. I emailed them back on 3/31 asking them about the code and my first issue but I got no respond back. Should it be taking this long to get my first issue or code, I've been being patient but I think a least the code should have come by now. And that they should have answered my email by now too, considering they said they'd reply within 2 business days. Is this common for them to take this long for receiving the first issue, has anyone else had any subscription problems with them? Is there anything I should/can do or is just waiting it? Right now it’s not looking to good for my issue or code unless they always take long for stuff.

the promo code took about 3 months to arrive for me after complaining about 3 times... the mag showed up pretty much on time...

Yeah I got the promo code right away but still yet to receive the magazine! I'm lazy what's their email... Mr. Green
