amp or head unit problem.

went out to start the boat today for a quick trip tomarrow and the batteries are totally dead. Just bought them last week so i throw them on the charger and they wont hold a charge.. so back to the store to exachange the batteries. Hooked them back up and i heard my amps turn on. wierd i thought they never are on with out the head unit being on. tried to turn the head unit on and nothing... but the amps are running.

i dont understand it. i guess the head unit can be bad. any suggestions.

Did you wire the amps to the headunit.....it's the blue wire coming out of the back, its called the controll wire or remote wire. If you do have it hooked up this way the amp should turn off with the cd player. If that is how you got it wired up and they still dont turn off I have no idea.
