I have a LF Fish which is suposed to land soft.
What technique do I use to maximaize that, heel or toe landings, not spotting the landing, what else different board? |

k9fxr, Alot of things factor into having soft landings. For instance, if you lean forward in the air, you're going to land flat footed and sometimes you'll hear the board pop the water. When landing flat footed, its best to land on the edge you left the first wake. If you land straight up and down you're going to feel a shock wave going through your entire body, but when this happens you can def use more knee bend to absorb the shock. If you rocket ship in the air, and land tail heavy, you'll have a softer landing since the board slices back onto the water, but this doesn't really give you much style points, and its hard to do any legit tricks with your nose sticking high in the air. The best thing to do to get softer landings is take it easy and ride down the second wake. _________________ "I just want something more than to come home in my cool looking SUV, sit in my king sized leather recliner and watch reality television on my widescreen plasma TV...How easy it is to care for someone when you dont have anything else..." |

yep goig for the w2w is def the best choice.......
try concentrating on doing you pop high and not long... (height over distance)... keep the rope tight to you heap and really bend your knees when edging.... |
