In
Denver it starts about 9 and the full eclipse is around 10:15.

Then again, it's supposed to be cloudy and rainy.

The moon often turns a faint red during a full lunar eclipse. But it depends on exactly how far the moon is from the earth at the time of the eclipse. Whether you can notice the red will depend on how clear the sky is.

If the west you will be able to watch the sun set while the partially eclipsed moon rises - if you can get someplace relatively high.

dang, in Washington the moon will rise in eclipse, but it won't be visible until dark and by that time the eclipse will be over. Sad

I saw it from work. It was pretty cool. Now the moon is full. It is always weird to see the night sky so bright....

My daughter was bummed because it was so cloudy. Luckily as soon as it started to eclipse the clouds went away and she was stoked. I don't know how long she stayed up to watch it but I went to bed at 11:30. Pretty cool.

phantom5815, I tell you that it was sweet. I saw it after I droped the boat off at the shop. New prop here we come. it was about 1010 my time, and you still remember what time that is right.

DungeonPrincess, I'll show you morning wood.
