| Should your feet pop out of the bindings when you crash or is it better to tighten them so your feet stay in? |

I believe it is better to stay in.
The problem with coming out is that if only 1 foot does, very bad things can happen to one of your knees.
Regardless of how tight you put them on... if you hook your toes and really eat it, you will likely pull out. |

if u sinch them down ur feet will get less circulation, then u can ride as long. if u have velcro binding like i do wen ever u bite it ur bindings come undone, right?
if u get lass ups, then u dont have to worry about it. its probably better to stay in so u dont have to go chase down ur board after u bite it _________________ 04 LF Trip 133

There are pro's and cons to both. If you crash, there is the chance that only one foot will come out. And that will **** up your knees. I like mine tight, crashes are a little harder, but your knees stay in good shape

I've never heard anyone say it's better to come out of the bindings when you bite it. I think with "modern" bindings that fit right, it is actually fairly difficult to come out of them on a crash. Maybe I'm missing something, but I rarely come out of my bindings... _________________ Whoever coined the term "Near Beer" was a very poor judge of distance... |

I've only come completely out of my bindings twice. Both times were pretty severe wipeouts. |
