Ok this is more of rant, in the end the dog was found.

So last night my friend Adam and I hit the bars and got pretty wasted. We then went over to our friend Tweety's house to smoke and hang out. All of a sudden Emily, Adams ex gf who still lives at his house, busts in the door screaming how the front door of their place was left open. She almost crying saying how all the animals could have ran away etc...

Adam looks are like shes crazy (shes known for making excuses to get adam to do stuff for her) and is like I left before you and havent been back. So she continues flipping out and finally convinces Adam she is scared to go home because the door was open, so he leaves with her.

This morning I get up, and call my friend to tell him about the Emily Adam ordeal because they just keep getting more and more extreme. He tells me that she called his brother asking what my townhouse address number was...Eventually i go to work around noon, Woody is locked in the kitchen behind gates and in the last 3 days he hasnt gotten out. I come home around 330 to check on him / let him out, and i see my front door is open.

Not only is the door open, but there is a shoe nicely wedges keeping it from closing. This isnt the case anymore but i normally leave the front door unlocked. I walk inside and the dog is gone. My heart drops, i start running down to the lake, then out to the main road, then a white pickup comes and woody is in the back, the guy says he found him a few hours back and he was really good. I felt bad, but didnt have any cash so i took the dog and thanked him and took woody back home.

Here are things i dont get:
The story from last night, is pretty much what happen to me?
Why was she wondering about my house number?
How did the shoe get where it was?
How did he open the door, when if he was jumping his weight would be pushing it closed (front doors open in)?

Am I being paranoid?

Unless she shows up at your townhouse in a couple of days wearing only panties and carrying a bottle of booze for a revenge bang on your buddy, I say no. Now, if that does not happen, I say it is pretty clear who is the culprit.

After reading the comments, I'm a bit concerned that I understood the majority of that story.

As for how your dog opened the door, if you have a dog that can't open a door inward, you need to shoot him in his big retarded face and stop buying dogs with no brains.

Or maybe just watch him do it...that might be easier.
