This must be an 04 or older? Any huge disadvantage to this model?

Rhawn, they haven't changed much....it feels a lot like a wakeboard, and thats not a bad thing, it just isn't a good wakeskate feel to it.

Looks like it also has some huge Wakeboard type fins.
I've only ridden on a Catalyst, so I don't know the difference. I'm also 6'5" 230 and afraid I would wear out a wood skate quick.
Any suitable recommendations?
All of the in rider companies boards are pretty expensive, with Kampus being the exception.
How would this Kampus Slide do?

Rhawn, Slide's have a tendancy to delaminate quickly, but take a look at some used integritys or something if you don't have the cash for a new one. The composite boards are really worth the extra cash, because honestly, they don't break.

Rhawn, There are still plenty of NOS '06 and '05 Karmas to be found if that works for you.

Rhawn, check out Omen(wood core composite) or Integrity(foam core but totally different feel than a hype and way more durable) also sattelyte and oak make some wood boards with pbt bases I dont think you could wreck that easily _________________ TEAM PIRATE, AAAARRRGGGHHH YOU READY?
